What Are "To", "CC", and "BCC" in Email?

📧 What Are "To", "CC", and "BCC" in Email?

When you send an email, you usually type the address of the person you want to contact in the "To" field. But did you know there are two more options? They are CC and BCC.

  • To: The main person you're sending the email to.

  • CC (Carbon Copy): Send a copy to someone else. Everyone can see who got CC'ed.

  • BCC (Blind Carbon Copy): Send a hidden copy. No one can see who got BCC'ed.

👉 Use CC when others need to know what's going on.
👉 Use BCC when you want to keep email addresses private, like when sending to a group.

Simple, right? Now you know how to send emails like a pro!
